Blue Chip Federal Credit Union is excited to announce our partnership with CU Collections, a credit union service organization that will provide support to members on behalf of Blue Chip FCU. CUC will be placing courtesy calls to members as a friendly reminder that loan payments are due. These calls will be made to members starting at 11 days past due. Members will be encouraged to contact CU Collections should they not be able to make payments on loans as agreed, or are experiencing a hardship.

CU Collections is available Mon.-Sat. 8am-8pm EST at 800-470-2317.

Please rest assured that your loans will still be serviced and owned by the credit union and that they will not be sold or transferred to another company. We thank you for your business.

  call or email you for any Account or Visa information, PIN#'s, Social Security #'s, Passwords, etc. We have that information already!! Beware of scams. When in doubt, call us directly before you compromise your account.
