2020 Board of Directors Election

We will be holding our Board of Directors Election on September 18, 2020 at our Blue Chip FCU Branch Offices. Be sure to stop by any branch on September 18th to cast your vote for our Board of Directors! These volunteers are vital to the credit union movement and serve to keep our member’s best interests at the heart of everything we do.

Meet our Candidates:

Lesly Cruz

I joined the Blue Chip Federal Credit Union several years ago through a family member who worked at Norfolk Southern Railroad. Through my years of credit union membership, I have had the opportunity to work with the staff at a personal level to obtain several types of loans and additional services. Each interaction with BCFCU team has been positive and professional.

A little bit about myself, I have been with Department of Veteran Affairs for 13+ years. Serving in different job capacities ranging from Procurement/Federal Contracts to Revenue Operations. I recently have transitioned to working on a national level reforming Revenue IT Cycles with the Department of Veteran Affairs. During my career as a civil servant I received my certification for Lean Six Sigma and obtained my bachelor’s in Health Administration from Columbia Southern University.

I have always admired the Credit Union’s sound financial management, and I look forward to our Credit Union’s further success. I would welcome the opportunity to give back to the Blue Chip Federal Credit Union membership by serving as a member of the board.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Brian Henry

I have been a Blue Chip FCU member my entire life. My parents taught me the importance of a Credit Union at a very young age. I have seen BCFCU continue to grow and offer more products and services to its membership over the years. I would like to a part of the continued growth and hope my background in Information Technology can help steer BCFCU in the right direction.
